  • Business Firms, to offset the loss of a key employee. To compensate families of employees for loss of income due to an accidental death or dismemberment.
  • Professional Firms, to offset the temporary and long term financial aspects of an accidental death or accidental bodily injury to a Principal of the firm. We insure the hands of surgeons, famous musicians and athletes against accidental injury that would impair their dexterity.

  • Travelers, on business or on pleasure trips anywhere in the world.
  • War Correspondents, or military families.
  • Individuals, while on recreational or sporting trips such as skiing, scuba diving or bungee jumping.
  • Government Agencies and Programs.
  • Fraternal and Religious Activities.
  • Individuals and Families.

Unlike an illness, which gradually manifests itself, accidents occur without warning or symptoms. This accident hazard coverage is unique in that it provides extra protection to cover the sudden and unexpected effects of an accident. It is travel accident coverage on a short term or ongoing basis, intended to provide coverage for participants, volunteers and sponsors of events. It provides compensation for specific losses of limbs, sight, hearing or speech not typically covered by other life, medical and disability insurance coverages.

This plan is particularly useful to business firms who want to offset the loss of a key employee or compensate families for their loss of income due to accidental death or dismemberment. It is also purchased by professional firms who need to protect the long term financial aspects of a bodily injury to a principal member of the firm, such as insuring the hands of highly specialized surgeons for a hospital. It is also purchased by educators, war correspondents, military families, and others who are traveling far from home and may be participating in hazardous activities or encountering dangerous worldwide situations.

This plan provides flexibility and 24 hour support to the insured and their families. It can be purchased for individuals, but is also designed to cover entire families, when necessary. Valuable optional features include sudden cardiac arrest rider, acts of terrorism/war, and unusual risks due to places of travel or hazardous sport.
