Plan Details

This plan is unique in that it provides the following:

Financial default coverage, pre-existing medical condition coverage, increased missed connection benefits, and additional flight AD&D available if purchased within 15 days of initial trip deposit.
Children under 17 are covered at no additional cost when traveling with a covered adult relative.
Covered reasons for trip cancellation and interruption are extensive: terrorism, inclement weather, natural disasters, required to work, layoffs, felonious assault, auto accidents and more,
Refunds for pre-paid fees – greens fees, caddy fees, and cart reservations – if you have to cancel for a covered reason.
Refunds for non refundable golf course fees when the course is closed due to inclement weather with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed connection and travel delays are comfortably low and the coverage is relatively high when compared to other plans.
Assistance services includes excellent travel medical and emergency trip assistance, but it also provides signature golf concierge services for reservations, ground transportation, event ticketing, and more.

Limitations

The following are the limitations on this plan’s coverage:

Base plan’s AD&D is relatively low.
Baggage coverage in base plan is high, but it includes golf equipment. So if everything is gone, you may not have enough coverage without the additional baggage upgrade.
Pre-existing medical condition look-back period is a long 180 days.
