Plan Details

This plan is unique in that it provides the following:

Includes cancellations for work reasons, including job loss, in the base plan.
Children under 17 are covered at no cost when traveling with a covered adult relative.
Financial default (common carrier), pre-existing conditions waiver, increased missed connection benefits, and flight AD&D ($50,000) available if purchased within 15 days of initial trip deposit.
Delays and missed connection time is relatively short when compared to other plans.
Evacuation coverage is adequately high for the risks faced by sports travelers.
Plan includes Travel Guard’s signature assistance services and comprehensive sportsman’s assistance, including weather, fishing, and hunting reports, hunting regulations, location of bait, tackle and sporting goods stores. All non insurance services are provided by Travel Guard.
Reimbursement for unforeseen losses due to cancelled license fees, equipment loss or delay, hunting bans, and government closures of game reserves.
Plan also includes identity theft restoration services.

Limitations

The following are the limitations on this plan’s coverage:

No ‘cancel for work reasons’ upgrade (but many work-related reasons for cancellations are covered in base plan).
The baggage coverage (loss and delay) is inclusive of sports equipment, so if everything is lost, the coverage may not be enough (consider the additional equipment coverage upgrade).
