I can certainly not stop you from doing whatever you feel necessary. However as I said, we have not yet denied your father’s claims, as they are still under review. I honestly believe that your time would be better spent in working with myself and your parent’s providers.

I apprecite your call but that won’t pay my bills. I have already filed a complaint with goverment agencies and moving legally to get my bills paid. I am a business owner and I have my attorneys working on this.

If you are serious about this then please pay all the medical bills of my parents immediately.

I’m truly sorry that you feel this way. Your father’s file has been reviewed by inside medical personnel, our underwriters, and as I indicated to you earlier, I will be sending your father’s file for an Independent Medical Review today. If and when your father’s claims are denied as pre-existing, all details will have been reviewed by 3 levels of expertise. If ultimately denied, it will be a firm denial. However at this time, your father’s file has not been denied at all. I will advise when we receive the final determination.

Your mother’s claims were denied as pre-existing, because the physician’s office notes indicated that she was symptomatic for 3 days prior to her office visit. Her office visit was on the same day as she was effective under her policy with Seven Corners. This is pre-existing by definition, per her policy guidelines.

I do understand that you are upset but as I stated during our phone conversation, I would be happy to help you contact providers and get as much consideration as possible for your parents. I will be happy to help in any way possible. Please let me know.
